We have been using Sentinel for many years now, and I cannot endorse highly enough the Sentinel platform and Monitor’s 24/7 support for their ever evolving product.
From humble beginnings 40 years ago it has developed many integrations to fit the needs of its diverse customer base, including specific bespoke developments when needed to meet those requirements of customers that need to tailor Sentinel for specific requirements for their business.
That said, Sentinel out of the box is more than capable to satisfy the needs of alarm receiving centres around the globe and produce reports required for business needs.
